James Moss is the Director of Tricolours Racing & Syndications and the name "Tricolours" is dedicated to his late father Jack.  Before starting Tricolours, James was a Director at a large financial company and after 20 years in the finance industry, he decided to pursue his true passion, which is horseracing. James has been involved in the horse racing industry through ownership for over 20 years. In that time, he has learnt so much about ownership and believes that communication is the key to an enjoyable ownership experience.

Nathan Bennett is the Managing Director of Bennett Racing. Nathan has been involved in the Thoroughbred industry since he was as young as 2 years old when his Dad used to hobby train a few horses. Nathan continued to follow horse racing all through his teenage years and is a member of various Victorian race clubs.  Bennett Racing's aim is to strive to provide their owners with a racing experience like never before and to make interaction between owners and trainers a smooth and easy ride.

Cameron Bennett is the Director of Flying Start Syndications.  He has spent most of his working life within the racing industry, working as a bloodstock agent, jockey manager and syndicator assisting trainers, breeders, studs and owners with great success.  With his industry knowledge and passion for racehorse ownership it was a given that he would become a racehorse syndicator. Cameron wants all owners to experience the thrill of winning - as there is no better feeling than watching your horse be first past the post.
